The easiest way to earn money using your computer at home is to sign up for an affiliate program, sometimes called assocaite or revenue-sharing program. It is the easiest because most affiliate programs do not require that you have a website of your own. With just a special referral link unique to you attached to all emails you send out or in all posts you enter in online forums or bulletin boards, you will get a certain share (mouse-over description) of the total sales if others use that link to order the products or services involved.

Wait... not any affiliate program! Not even the ones which pay the highest commissions! You should know that, in the long run, it is the product that matters. What does that affiliate program promote? Is it good and in high demand? Do they have good support for it? If you just start, pick an affiliate program that offers you commissions for a product that is widely needed and good in quality. For example, most people use emails. So a good piece of email spam filter software is a place to start.

Once you find a good product and join its affiliate program, add its referral link (mouse-over description) to your email signature. If you frequently post in online forums or bulletin boards and they allow you to attach a signature at the end of your posts, you should add your referral link to the signature. Both methods belong to a doing-once-and-benefit-many-times marketing strategy. If you want and if you think it is appropriate, you can send a short email to your friends to recommend the product. Remember, no spam!

In this case you must have your own website and use it to publish your favorite topics -- the ones you know like the back of your hands. Do not worry, building a website is not that hard, especially when you have the tools :)
